Mandarin and Spanish
Mandarin is taught to the 1st and 2nd grades. Spanish is taught to Kindergarten and 4th grades by Le Moyne College Professors. Children learn basic information in the languages through games and active particiaption.
I-Chene-Tai- Mandarin Teacher
I-Chene Tai is a world-renowned reference librarian who has worked at Le Moyne College for more than 20 years. She was born in Taiwan and studied at Syracuse University. Professor Tai loves teaching our children and meticulously prepares wonderful Mandarin lessons each week. CAP appreciates her great efforts and the children enjoy her classes.
Dr. Raquel Romeu- Spanish Teacher
Dr. Raquel Romeu is a professor emerita from the Le Moyne College Foreign Language Department where she was chair for many years. Her research and writing about Spanish literature and learning is recognized around the world. Our CAP students look forward to learning Spanish from Professor Romeu every week.
